A: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 10, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 16, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Q: Who is eligible to participate in the program and how old do you have to be?
A: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Individuals who are an official, officer, employee, or agent of a government or any department, agency, or instrumentality of a government at any level (national, state, provincial or local), in any branch of a government, individuals listed on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, individuals who are located in or operating from a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory (“Sanctioned Territory”), and individuals working for or on behalf of the government of a Sanctioned Territory are not eligible to enter or win.

A:

1) Visit go.amex/golfentertowin using a computer or mobile device and accurately complete the official entry form with your email address, first name, last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code (or US Territory, if applicable) and phone number;

2) Agree to the Official Rules; and

3) Click the “Submit” button to finalize your entry. By entering, you affirm that you are a U.S. resident and agree to receive information about products, services and offers from American Express. For information about how we protect your privacy, please read our Privacy Statement.

Q: What’s the latest day I can enter?
A: All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 16, 2024.

Q: How many times can I enter?
A: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address.

Note: Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or any other methods may void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified, and any potential prize may be forfeited. Entries generated through a third-party website or software, or in any way other than the manner set forth in these Official Rules, are prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant(s) using such methods.

Q: How many winners will there be?
A: There will be five potential Grand Prize winners selected.

Q: When will the winner be selected?
A: On or around June 19, 2024, five potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules.

Q: What does the “Tony Finau U.S. Open prize package” include?
A: Each grand prize package consists of the following: One (1) Nike Dri-FIT Golf Polo; approximate retail value (“ARV”) $80.00 each. One (1) Nike Pro Dri-FIT hat; ARV $37.00 each. One (1) pair of Air Jordan 1 Low G Golf Shoes; ARV $150.00 each. One (1) Pin Flag signed by Tony Finau; ARV $40.00 each. One USGA Shop Gift Card; ARV $150.00 each. Total ARV of each grand prize package: $457.00.

Q: How will I know if I won?
A: The administrator will attempt to notify potential winners by email and/or telephone approximately 10 days from the date of the drawings using the information provided at the time of entry. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) business days from the date the potential winner is notified, or prize may be forfeited.
